You’ll also visit Italy’s largest theatre, Massimo Theatre, as well as the oldest royal residence in Europe, the Norman Palace. The tour finishes at the famous Ballero Market.

Today, you’ll discover the uniqueness of Monreale Cathedral, one of the most important national monuments in Italy and one of the most sought-after attractions on the island of Sicily. Built in the 12th century, Monreale Cathedral is one of the greatest examples of Norman architecture. As well as the stunning mosaics of the cathedral and the 200-columned abbey cloister, you can explore the medieval village of Monreale before returning to Palermo.

It is a stretch of 1.5-kilometres of soft, golden sand fringed by incredibly clear waters and lies on the edge of Cefalu town. In the evening, you can have dinner at a typical local restaurant.
